Issue Description	As described in the discord chat, when filing an offline flight report form, all of the fields but "date" can be filed out. Under the date tab you can select the month and the year but not the specific individual day. Ken Webber, VP of Operations asked me to file a ticket to the system. To reproduce, I wen to my flight log, found the flight i finished, clicked "edit report", filled the flight out and noticed the date number page was broken. After talking to Ken on discord i went to the "Pilot's Lounge" and then down to "File New" and filled out the form there and again the day number selection tab was empty, as in there is nothing to select. I attached a file as an example.
