Issue Description	Runways have been renumbered at RKSI. What is in the database as 34 should be 34R; 34 should be 34L. (used by xp only) Get coordinates from NAVADATA if needed Create RUNWAY_RENUMBER entries

Luke Kolin (DVA043) 01/12/2026 18:28 ET	Here are the construction/opening dates for each runway at Seoul-Incheon International Airport (RKSI / ICN) — based on official airport expansion phases and reliable sources: ? Runway 15R/33L & Runway 15L/33R These two original parallel runways were built as part of Phase 1 of Incheon Airport construction, which ran from November 1992 until March 2001. They opened with the airport in March 2001 when ICN began operations. ? Runway 16L/34R This third parallel runway was part of Phase 2 of the airport’s construction program. It was constructed and opened in June–July 2008. ? Fourth Runway (often designated 16R/34L / 34L/16R) Built as part of Phase 4 of Incheon Airport’s expansion. Construction began after 2018, and the new runway was completed and officially opened on 17 June 2021.
