Issue Description ACARS Version: 3.5 (Build 194, 64-bit)
Simulator: X-Plane 12.42
OS: Windows 11 (26200)
Description: The ACARS client crashes systematically when attempting a normal/clean shutdown. As a result, it is impossible to send the PIREP at the end of the flight, nor to apply any pending update, as both processes require a clean exit. The process appears to remain active in memory after the shutdown attempt (log entries reappear ~2 hours after server disconnection with no new session started).
Additional note: Visual C++ 2010 runtime not found ? Maps/Dispatch features disabled.

05/02/2026 07:21 ET		 Sorry, what are you shutting down and when? You do not need to shut down ACARS or the simulator to file a Flight report. Additionally, there is no log attached.
