Issue Description	When we start a flight and write a flight info message, we are properly generating a flight info message and ID, and an entry in the acars.FLIGHTS table. However, we are not writing that information when we pass that data into the SetPosition DAO. Figure out what we do with that Flight ID after we write it, and save it into the connection if we need to.

Luke Kolin (DVA043) 07/09/2005 23:07 ET	The ACARSConnection object will store the last InfoMessage received. We need to update the SetPosition DAO to take an additional parameter - the flight ID. When we call the DAO, get the last InfoMessage from the ACARSConnection and pass the Flight ID number along.
