Issue Description I am getting an IOException CreateProcess error when attempting to run the JavaDoc ANT task. This seems to be a common error, but we need to push the JavaDoc and JUnit data to golgotha.

07/05/2005 10:23 ET		 There seems to be a known issue with the JavaDoc ANT task that causes it to blow up on large projects. You will want to use the "useexternalfile" attribute on the task.

From the docs:
indicates whether the sourcefile name specified in srcfiles or as nested source elements should be written to a temporary file to make the command line shorter. Also applies to the package names specified via the packagenames attribute or nested package elements. (yes | no). Default is no.
