I recently did a KJFK-LFMN in a 340-300 and yesterday did VVTS-VTBS in an A321, but even though I selected Vatsim in the ACARS, these flights are not registered as "online flights" in my log book.

Is this a common error? Is it possible to have it fixed?

I have also had this problem during last week... Just in case it doesn't record it and still counts for online flights, I put on the comments, the Vataware link to the flight

I think - although I haven't verified this - that it may have been a temporary outage while Luke was doing an update. I see Augusto filed a PIREP today and it successfully showed him flying online.

Same for me at last PIREP, I thought there were no more problems and didn't put the link.
