Not everyone has the rating, only those who have taken the 707 Checkride or the DVA DC-6 if they have Transferred.

But thanks for the link, do you have one for the D.338 and the MB.220? I obviously have them as I have been testing them but I was emailed them so I didn't download them directly from a site so not sure.

And before some jumps of the illegal band wagon they are all Freeware models and open to general download rules.
