I'm not familiar with this specific occurrence so take my advice here with a grain of salt. With that said, I'm lead to believe the return flight, LPA-MAD does exist, it just doesn't operate today. You could wait for it's day of the week to come up (like I said, I'm not familiar with this route so I'm not sure when that may be).
OR
As per NOTAM 32, you can request a Bail Out Charter if there is no return. Keep in mind this will only return you to MAD (which seems to be you intention anyway, so it's not a big deal). Visit http://www.afva.net/notams.do for more information on NOTAM 32.

The return flight UX9165 operates today. So what i don´t understand is, why some flights of an airline are in the schedule and other flights are not ? And to request a charter makes imo no sense if it is a regular scheduled flight ?! I don´t understand the whole system that stands behind the AFVA schedule, because this is not only a problem for UX flights, there a many flights (from airlines we can fly at AFVA) that operates daily and you don´t find this flights in the AFVA schedules.

Matthias,
I understand your frustrations regarding this issue.
What we have here is that not all Air Europa flights are codeshared with Air France.
It may seem a little strange but we can be codeshared with the outbound from Madrid to in this case Las Palmas, but not codeshared on the return leg(I have seen this on a number of occasions)
At AFVA we only have the Air Europa codeshared flights within the schedule not the entire Air Europa schedule and this seems to be the case with this particular flight.
I have looked at the full schedules and we do not operate Air Europa 9165 at all, so my guess is as above, Air France are not codeshared on this return flight.
We do however have UX9239 in the schedules today that is the exact same route from Las Palmas to Madrid, which can be flown.
Hope this helps you out!
