I just wanted to take the time to thank Paul Hale for all the help and advice he's given me ever since I joined AFVA!

A look at what help he's given me -

1) When I first joined AFVA, I emailed him about the Concorde rating and how to get it. He came back with a very well explained and detailed answer.
2) When I came to request the Concorde Checkride, there were some things I was having difficulty understanding in the description and he explained them really well.

He's been a much bigger help than that but that's just 2 examples of great help/support he gave!

Paul, if it hadn't been for you, I wouldn't be at this high stage at AFVA - THANK YOU!! smile

More to that, Paul has set a perfect example to other Chief Pilots, Assistant Chief Pilots and many Senior Captains. All of them are helpful and professional in what they do in AFVA. smile

When you recommended the FS2004 PSS Concorde, it was a great idea Paul!

I flew the aircraft on a final approach and it was a lot easier than the FSLabs Concorde.
