All,
You can share financially in supporting Delta Virtual Airlines and Air France/KLM Virtual Airlines through Global Virtual Airlines Group (GVAGroup.org). Global Virtual Airlines Group was created in 2007 providing a structure and method for receiving voluntary contributions to pay direct expenses for hosting the site.
The recent fiscal year closed August 31, 2014 with a positive balance. The prior year began with a positive balance of USD475. An additional 166 fund shares were issued at USD10 per share or USD1.660. Expenses amounted to USD1.628; the carryover balance into 2014 – 2015 is USD507.
Our 2014 – 2015 expenses and a 30% contingency are estimated to be USD2.310. Our funding goal for the fiscal year was set at USD1.800. It was proposed and agreed by the prior year shareholders to authorize the sale of 180 fund shares at USD10 per share.
According to the Global Virtual Airlines Group operating structure, the prior year shareholders have the first right to purchase fund shares. Fifteen shareholders purchased 87 fund shares, USD870. Thus, we have ninety-three (93) fund shares available for purchase.
NOTE: “Share” participation is voluntary and is not a requirement for membership.
How to acquire “fund shares:”
1. Send an email to Treasurer@GVAGroup.org stating your desire to support and the US Dollar amount.
2. The Treasurer will inform you of the number of “fund shares” that you can purchase.
3. Payment is in US funds by check or Paypal.
4. Registration opens December 1, 2014 for 15 days closing December 16, 2014.
