Hi all.

I am very much thinking of joining this event, but I never participated on groupflights so I have a few questions.

- Do we all use the same flight number, AFR278, and just put a different letter behind to be able to connect to Vatsim?
- Do we agree on a set time when we connect at the gate?

it's fine to use the your's pilot's code either for the event and to connect to vatsim.
it's better to start at the setted starting time, anyways u are fine until u land before the event's end

-The flight must be flown online using VATSIM for 100% of the flight. Select long-haul events will have exceptions to this which will be described in the pilot briefing.
-The flight must be flown using ACARS.
-The route flown must match one of the routes listed above for the event.
-The entire flight, measured from takeoff to landing, must be flown within the scheduled time window for the event. If you are unable to land prior to the end of the event, please include a reason for this (ATC delay, weather, simulator issue, etc) in your PIREP remarks and limited exceptions can be made.
